Building momentum in Lakeview
The Lakeview team is exploring community champion training through a small community pilot. Families, educators, and local partners meet to identify barriers and test practical improvements.
During a six-week planning period, participants map existing services, collect feedback, and choose a shared priority. The sample approach emphasizes clear communication, accessible meeting formats, and regular check-ins.
Suggested next steps
- Invite families to review the initial plan.
- Assign an owner and timeline to each activity.
- Compare participation and feedback at the next review.
